SHIPPING & RETURNS

Refunds:

Your satisfaction is our goal and we truly believe that you will love our products, but if you are really unhappy, please let us know. We want you to have a positive experience and will work with you if you are not pleased with your purchase.  While ee do not provide refunds as a regular course of business, however, we will provide a similar item to you of the same value should an item break or become unusable during shipping or delivery.  Please email us at roseandtrim@gmail.com if you notice an error in an order placed or received and we will do our best to rectify the situation.

Order Changes or Cancellations:

We work hard to get packages to you as quickly as possible. As a result, we cannot accept cancellations or changes once your order is submitted.  However, we encourage you to email us at roseandtrim@gmail.com if you notice an error in an order placed or received and we will do our best to rectify the situation.

What Are My Payment Options?

Credit Card: We use Paypal Payments with the industry-standard SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) to ensure that your online transaction and credit card information are safe. Paypal Payments meets all Payment Card Industry (PCI) standards. We do NOT save credit card information in our system.

Other Payment Methods:

 

Orders are shipped only after the payment is received.

 

Shipping Information


Our orders are processed within 2-4 business days unless otherwise noted on website home page.
During high volume seasonal times order processing can take 4-6 business days. 
Orders placed Friday through Sunday will be shipped out the following Monday unless it's a holiday.

Shipping Times


We ship from our FL warehouse located in the United States. We currently do not ship outside of the United States.

Orders shipping within the United States should arrive within 5-8 business days

Please note, during the seasonal period (Oct-Dec) shipping lead times will vary. We recommend checking the logistics carrier website for expected timeframes. 

Shipping Costs


Cost will vary depending on the size of your order and your shipping location.  Orders will be shipped with the most economical carrier at time of shipping, although we generally always ship with USPS.

 

Missing Item Policy for US Customers

Although we check and double-check orders prior to shipping, mistakes may happen. If an item is missing, please let us know. We can ship it out to you, issue a refund, or include it in your next order. If you receive something you did not order, just enjoy it or share it with someone else!

 

 

How will I know my order has been shipped?

You will receive an email notification to let you know your package is on its way with tracking information.
